Kinosha Soden, is the creator, writer, producer and lead host of Good Things DC, a DC based talk show and lifestyle brand, that launched in 2017. Good Things DC debuted as a live stream, radio show and will premiere as a televised talk show in the Spring of 2021. The former Mrs. DC America 2016, is also a master medical aesthetician with Soderma Dermatology, alongside her husband and parents and holds two degrees in Biology and Business Administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, along with a Master of Applied Science in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University of St. Louis. As a longtime advocate of STEM education for youth, Kinosha has served on the St. Louis Board of Education as a STEM curriculum advisor and as an educator and facilitator for GEMS (Girls Excelling in Math and Science). Kinosha received special recognition from the United States Congress for her dedicated work in STEM education, and was officially honored in 2017 with an American flag, which flown over the United States Capital Building, on her behalf. She feels extremely fortunate to have the opportunity pursue many of her life passions, specifically in the arts, studying ballet and other dance disciplines, from age 4. She served as an NFL ambassador and cheerleader for the St. Louis RAMS, starting in 1998 and continued for multiple seasons thereafter. She has also had the privilege of performing with national recording artists and other performers from all over the world. Recently, she has lended her expertise and experience to numerous platforms as a featured speaker, panelist and expert contributor, focused on encouraging, uplifting and helping other creatives, (especially women) find their voice and pathway towards reaching their personal "resonant frequencies" and goals. Kinosha feels extremely blessed to share her daily life with her husband, two children and three dogs.
Leiah Rocheleau is the co-host of Good ThIngs DC and the former Mrs. DC America 2018 and was also a member of the TOP 10 Class at Mrs. America, 2019. She was awarded the Loudoun Times 40 under 40 Award in 2017. As dedicated International Health Coach with Evolution Vegan Academy, Leiah is an expert on transitioning others into a healthier more sustainable lifestyle and she is also a nationally certified pregnancy health coach and noted wellness speaker and advocate for plant based living. Additionally, Leiah is a runway and print model, spokesperson and television and movie actress. Leiah loves to share her active lifestyle with her family and friends and especially with her husband and fur babies.
Brit Jones, is the co-host of Good Things DC and was a 2017 delegate of the Mrs. DC America pageant. She is also a senior sales manager in the insurance industry, with nearly ten years of experience in marketing, sales and social media management under her belt. Brit’s motto, “Faith and Family First” is at the heart of everything she does. Being married to her high school sweetheart and the mother of two sons, she is a certified #BOYMOM and rules as “Queen of the Castle” daily! She carries a passion for parenting and marital life, regularly finding and sharing life hacks, DIY fixes and ways to make your everyday a bit more magical. (However, she admits she's not the “Pinterest” mom she thinks she is in her head!) She is a lover of life, laughter and a good wine, but most of all God. You can often catch Brit as a presenter and interviewer on the red carpet, speaking as a panelist, lending her expertise to publications, or as a branding model & spokesperson for numerous retail and community outlets. No matter what hat Brit’s wearing, you’ll always find her having a good time and doing good things!
